I attended the launch of the Cover to Cover project at West Berkshire Museum this evening.
For the last six months I was part of a group of Berkshire artists busily swapping sketchbooks.
We each came up with a theme for our book and commenced sketching along the lines of our
chosen idea. We then swapped with another member of our group two weeks later and continued
our sketching around their theme and so on until the book was more or less full of artwork.
My theme was 'Happiness' and I also enjoyed sketching subjects ranging from 'who am I?'
to 'Quotations' and 'Water'. All of the amazing sketchbooks are on display in the Museum,
along with a fab publication of the project by Isabel Carmona-Andreu.
